I have good days, and then there are the other days.....

On good days, I’m happy and relaxed, I love what I do, and I love my family. Life is good.  But then there are other days. Days that I’m pushed to my limit by my kids fighting. Days that I’m tired, and just plain worn out. 

Days that I worry. I worry about everything going on in the world. I worry about not being enough for my kids, not giving them enough time or not checking all the made-up boxes in my head that I “should “be doing. 

Days that my back hurts, but I have to push on as I have work that needs to get done. Days that I spend cheering on my kids, my significant other, my friends, my family, and then at the end of the day I have nothing left, no one is there cheering me on as they think I’m “fine” because that’s what we all say, even when we’re not. 

The days that you are so worn out that you don’t know how you will do it, but you do. It’s on those days that I would give anything for someone to whisper in my ear “You got this” because you do, you don’t know how, but you do. 

To everyone out there during these trying times- “You got this!”
