Asian Cilantro Chicken

Hearty and Healthy Recipes

This meal is so good, so easy, and a year round favorite in my home. If you haven’t noticed I am a carb junky, so almost all of my recipes include carbohydrates. If you are on a no carb or low carb diet, feel free to eliminate them. One of the many great things about this meal is the way it is served with the cabbage; you can use the cabbage to decrees or eliminate the amount of rice you have. I personally still like the rice. I found if I try to have a no carbohydrate dinner, I will later end up snacking on more calories and junk then if I were to just allow myself the rice to begin with.
