Love this meal! It is easy and quick, and it has pasta and red meat in it! What more could anyone ask for? I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Ingredients:
1 package of pasta
12-16oz steak cut into bit size pieces (make sure to always cut across the grain)
Olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic minced
1 onion diced
2 red peppers diced
12 oz frozen corn
1 Bottle Pace Picante salsa
1 bunch cilantro chopped
Cook pasta
Heat a small amount olive oil in a wok. Add chili powder and garlic and stir and cook for 30 seconds, add onions and peppers cook until vegetables are tender crisp. Remove vegetables from wok and set aside in an Off Your Rocker Pottery medium serving bowl.
Add steak to hot wok, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Return vegetables to the wok. Stir in corn and Picante salsa, cook until heated thru and steak is done. Remove from heat and stir in cooked pasta and cilantro. Serve on an Off Your Rocker Pottery plate or bowl and enjoy.
