Ingredients:
Rye Bread
Hummus
Pine Nuts
Raw Pumpkin seeds
Arugula
Lemon
Avocado
Directions:
Toast the rye bread to your liking. Spread a layer of hummus on top of your toast. Sprinkle with pine nuts and pumpkin seeds. Top with arugula and then squeeze the juice of one lemon slice over the arugula. On top of the arugula, add slices of avocado.
Serve on your favorite plate from Off Your Rocker Pottery and enjoy! Repeat as needed.
