Moroccan Spiced Beef

Moroccan Beef

I love this meal! It is such a different flavor than our usual dinners and it is delicious, and as an added bonus it's easy too! Make a double batch and freeze for later on a busy night.

Ingredients:

3 cups White Rice

1/3TBL Butter

1lb Ground Beef

Onion, diced

Red Pepper diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 TBL Paprika

1/2 tsp Allspice

1/4 Cinnamon

Salt and Pepper to taste

14 1/2oz can diced tomatoes

Directions:

Cook white rice to package directions. Meanwhile dice onion, red pepper, and mince garlic, place in an Off Your Rocker Pottery bowl.

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add ground beef and onion mixture. Stir and cook breaking up ground beef. Cook until beef is fully browned. Stir in paprika, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil; cover and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Sever on an Off Your Rocker Pottery dinner plate on a bed of white rice topped with beef mixture.
